AKIN Chicago has put together a very crisp video to recap their midnight release of the Air Jordan Retro VII “Bordeaux” that released in April of this year. The release party looked amazing and this video captures it beautifully. Check it out right here, and share your thoughts.
This November, we will be blessed with yet another classic Air Jordan III colorway, the Black/Cement. This is one of Mike’s classic colorways from ’88, and is generating tons of buzz already. There were rumors circulating that this release would feature a nubuck upper, rather than the classic leather, but those rumors have been proven false. rmkstore hits us with these new, detailed photos of the release. If you can’t tell by now, Future of the Retro is a big fan of anything inspired by the ’90’s. These new Nike Air Pegasus ’92’s fit that mold. The Summit White upper is set off perfectly by Bold Berry and Solar Orange giving those shoes a definite OG appearance. Just in time for the fourth, we get the newest retro 5 colorway. This patriotic edition of one of the most popular retro Jordan models features both white patent and white smooth leather on the upper. The midsole is two-tone midnight navy and varsity red. The outsole is also two-tone, made up of white and icy clear. The shoe is set off by a reflective 3M tongue along with varsity red accents and a midnight blue lining. Scheduled to release this September, the Stealth is new colorway of the AJ III that utilizes the classic Bulls colors that are always so popular on Retro Jordan’s. These feature an all grey upper with a black midsole, white outsole, and red and white highlights. The original Nike Airflow was released in 1989 in an iconic neon-lime and blue colorway. This summer we will see it’s return, along with another retro themed colorway of teal and varsity purple. Tomorrow marks the return of the Air Jordan 7 Cardinal. Last released 5 years ago, the Cardinals are an original Jordan colorway. They feature both white tumbled and white smooth leathers with black, cardinal red, and gold accents.
