DJ Reflex of Power 106 in LA is lucky enough to be able to call superstar emcee Common a personal friend. Common recently stopped by the station to do an interview with Reflex and premier the first radio single off of his upcoming The Dreamer, The Believer entitled “Blue Sky”. Although we only get to hear a few seconds of the track in this video, it sounds like that classic Common & No I.D. we all know and love. Stick with FutureOfTheRetro to hear the official single as soon as it drops, and for now, check out the interview below.
What a total 180 from the recent “Ghetto Dreams” with Nas. Common and ?Colbie Caillat? team up for this new track, “Favorite Song”. Far from it in my opinion. Thankfully this isn’t supposed to be on The Dreamer, The Believer which is releasing later this year. Maybe some of you disagree, listen to it here and let me know.
Ok, so yeah everyone might be getting a little carried away with the “music video trailers” lately, but if you’ve heard this song then I’m sure you’ll have no problem watching a trailer for its music video. We brought you the track earlier in the week (straight classic), and now here is the trailer for the video. I can’t wait to see the finished visuals, I’ve got some pretty high hopes. For now, check out the trailer, and share your thoughts.
